Description

Perfect pizza dough recipe for homemade pizza. This dough is easy to work with and produces a crispy crust.

Ingredients

  • 500g bread flour
  • 325ml warm water
  • 7g active dry yeast
  • 10g salt
  • 15ml olive oil
  • Semolina flour for dusting

Method

1. Dissolve yeast in warm water and let stand for 5 minutes. 2. Mix flour and salt in a large bowl. 3. Add yeast mixture and olive oil to flour. 4. Mix until a shaggy dough forms. 5. Knead for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. 6. Place in oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour. 7. Divide dough into 2 equal portions. 8. Shape each into a ball and let rest for 30 minutes. 9. Stretch dough by hand or roll out to desired thickness. 10. Top with your favorite ingredients. 11. Bake at 250°C for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden.
